 Exploring the real reason someone at Paramount Global unethically cancelled 5, Strike Honoring, Scripted, CBS Television Series. 

If Paramount is combining CBS American Viewership Numbers with International Viewership Numbers, Paramount may be committing Viewership Numbers Fraud.

How many total U.S. Subscribers does Paramount have? When I search for total American Paramount Subscribers, I keep being diverted to world wide subscribers! It sure looks like Paramount's pablum spewing psychostatbabble about consolidating CBS linear Broadcast Television Viewership numbers with Paramount Streaming is a smokescreen to include Paramount Foreign Subscribers into the Viewership totals of CBS Linear Broadcasts!

Paramount's total U.S. subscriber base is proving impossible to research on Google, which sure looks like a smokescreen so Worldwide MP (multi platform) viewership numbers can be used to obfuscate a drop in CBS linear viewers after Paramount cancelled 5 Popular CBS television Series. 

Are we, real live American Viewers, being diluted and replaced when Paramount combines total world wide viewership audience numbers into their CBS MP viewership calculations?

This looks like mega, massive viewership fraud that is being used to claim CBS is thriving after Paramount cannibalized the CBS schedule by cancelling So Help Me Todd, NCIS Hawaii, Blue Bloods, Bob Hearts Abishola, and CSI Vegas.

 

I just now, at this very moment as I write this, did a focused google search based on my hypothesis and discovered that indeed, 

Paramount and TV Guide Magazine ARE in conflict as TV Guide Magazine protects its interests from Paramount's attempt to dilute the importance of Americans who actually watch live, linear Broadcast Television!

 

 

Meanwhile, ethical media giants like Warner / Discovery ARE keeping broadcast and streaming networks separate.

 

And let us not forget the golden parachute exit package that Paramount Executives were recently granted in the event they are dismissed. 

 

What is problematical about golden parachutes? Golden Parachutes basically give an executive or executives free reign to engage in "adventurous" strategies knowing if they are fired or demoted, they still get a guaranteed bonus, and if the Executives are not fired or demoted, they would most likely get a raise for accomplishing their task successfully. In essence, a golden parachute assures an Executive is blessed if they succeed, and also blessed if they don't succeed.
Paramount Plus most likely targeted 5 popular CBS series, So Help Me Todd, Blue Bloods, NCIS Hawaii, Bob Hearts Abishola, with cancellation, and the "why" this happened may prove an ugly discovery.

So Help Me Todd Petition is approaching 12,000 signatures. My Todd Petition was the last of 3 to be created. Combined, all 3 Todd Petitions have over 81,000 Signatures. My latest Todd Petition Update debunks Paramount / CBS claims regarding how well their 2024 Scripted Series are doing.

 

Is there a sinister reason Paramount/CBS chose the name Matlock for their new Matlock series?

I have perpetually been frustrated trying to promote my So Help Me Todd Petition with Facebook Targeted Ads because Skylar Astin, Scott Prendergast and So Help Me Todd fans cannot be targeted! Thankfully Marcia Gay Harden's fans can be used in a targeted Facebook Ad.

Turns out, guess what Television Series CAN be targeted with Facebook Marketing, Matlock! Paramount / CBS have pulled out all the stops to ensure Matlock would be a success, and using a name that is already embedded in media targeting software is just one more method Paramount / CBS has used to ensure they can brag about how much more popular Matlock has been in the 9:00 time slot versus when So Help Me Todd was there 2 years ago.

I wish Skylar Astin and Scott Prendergast were more savvy when it came to letting their fans promote them in targeted ads because it is possible instead of 81,000 Petition Signatures, we would have eclipsed well over 100,000 signatures. 

 

Alessandro Machi Mindfulness Projects Premiere Report.

I'm immersed in many projects of a mindful nature. Above are links to many of my Mindful Blogs, and below is information of my ongoing mindful projects, such as...

1. I was the first to discover that bots are stealing / scraping Hollywood Entertainment articles at a rate of 100 per day so the articles can be reposted as new material. This allows the bot and those who own the bot to become eligible to post ads under the stolen content. This also allows Artificial Intelligence to then scrape the stolen creative content since it no longer is copy written. Surprisingly, it is proving difficult to get the right sources to care enough to do something about it. 
2. Bots and others are now openly soliciting the purchase or rental of aged LinkedIn Accounts. The LinkedIn Accounts are then used to deceive LinkedIn businesses into sending money drafts to the financial scammers. The FBI broke a story about the theft of 300 million dollars by impersonating a trusted entity on LinkedIn that ended up wiring the money, but, I am the first to break the story that advertisements have recently sprouted soliciting LinkedIn Accounts for purchase or rental.
3. I've donated well over 500 hours to my Banned by LinkedIn site. The purpose of this site is to help LinkedIn members get back on LinkedIn. Ironically, serendipitously, or just plain sweat equity, I am the first to expose the practice of buying and renting of LinkedIn Accounts specifically for the purpose of deceiving LinkedIn business accounts into financial scams, because of the sweat equity I have put into the Banned by LinkedIn Site.  
   
4. For those who believe vegan and vegetarian is either more humane or better for the planet, or both, I have created the concept of SubVay.com, which creates a Vegetarian co-brand for Subway that would be featured on College Campuses. I own the domain name SubVay.com and have come with a method to potentially double the revenue per Franchise while only increasing labor by about 10%.
5. I would love to work with an NFL proxy who would present my NFL idea at the annual NFL meetings. My idea would increase ad revenue for the NFL. If the NFL accepts the idea, whatever annual compensation is agreed upon I would be happy to split in half with a Foundation or Non-Profit of the Proxy's or NFL's choosing.
6. Another Passion project of mine is the So Help Me Todd Documentary. At first I thought the project would be a 1 month project. The more research I did, the more I discovered. I have been working on this self funded project for the past 8 months. I unexpectedly ended up delaying work on other ongoing projects to work on the So Help Me Todd Documentary. As I keep making new discoveries, I have decided to turn the project into a series of 5 minute videos, each video will cover a specific aspect of the unexpected results that occurred after the 2023 Writers and Actor's strike concluded after 191 days.
   
7. My Consumer Credit Card concept would help reduce the record 1.2 trillion dollars in consumer credit card and most likely would not hurt the Credit Card Company's bottom line. Once again, if I work with a Credit Card Proxy who can pitch the concept to a credit card company's decision makers, and they approve the concept, whatever annual agreement is agreed upon, there would be a sharing of the compensation that would be paid out by the credit card company, a perfect way to fund any non-profit or Foundation into perpetuity. 

I have several other exciting concepts that are designed to increase revenue for an already existing Fortune 5000 product. 

 

A way to help these mindfulness projects move forward to completion is to provide a FULLY COLLATERALIZED LOAN at a low interest rate. A party who likes my projects and would like to see them come to fruition, would provide a fully collateralize loan and in return would receive monthly interest only payments on their loan, which is fully protected by actual collateral, have their loan paid back after 5 years, and, would be receive  additional bonus payouts if a project of mine produces revenue. It's the perfect way to invest in something that is fully guaranteed, creates modest monthly revenue, and puts one in the position of also getting bonus payments if any project produces revenue.
